Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

  4. Your full name to act as an electronic signature.
  5. Your contact information including your legal mailing address, telephone number and email address.You can provide contact information for the owner of the exclusive right that you claim has been infringed if you are not the owner, but rather authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

The Company will respond to all DMCA complaints in a timely manner. If it is determined that the Company is featuring a specific piece of content within its website to which you are the copyright owner or agent legally acting on behalf of the owner, such information shall be removed within a timely manner once notification has been received.
